Why is monthly website management important?
Your website does not have to be created by me to use the website management service.

Without proper maintenance, your site could unexpectedly crash, fall into the hands of hackers or lose valuable data. When everything is up to date, you can go about your business with peace of mind.

When you sign up for a monthly payment with the website management service, you no longer have to download invoices every month or think about paying – it’s automated and seamless. I’ll make sure your website or e-commerce store is always up-to-date, secure and well-managed, so you can concentrate on your business. That way, you can be sure that your website is up and running smoothly and always in good order. If there’s anything wrong with your website, I’ll make minor corrections at no extra charge.

- Once I have received your application and payment, I will contact you regarding your login details.
- If this is your first time using my management service, we'll make a free 20-minute call and review the status of your website together.
- The administration service includes up to 30 minutes per month for minor content and image changes and bug fixes.
- Every month, payment is made automatically via the Stripe environment.
- In the management environment, you can cancel automatic payments at any time.
- Cancellation of a payment will also terminate the provision of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to be the owner of your designed website to use the management service?
No need. The management service is suitable for any WordPress website or e-commerce store, even if it was created by someone else.
Can I opt out at any time?
Yes. The service works on a monthly basis and can be cancelled by the user in Stripe. The service is valid until the end of the paid period. If you have been a member for less than 6 months, you will also have to pay an initial website maintenance fee of €100 + km. This service is free of charge, provided that you have been a member for at least 6 months.
How many changes can I get in the price inside?
The price includes up to 30 minutes per month for minor changes (e.g. updating text or images, correcting errors). More extensive work will be done by separate agreement. The 30 minutes will not be carried over to subsequent periods.
What does it mean to make backups?
Every week, I’ll make a secure backup of your website. If something happens – for example, a plugin breaks or someone accidentally changes the content of the page – I can quickly restore a working version.
Can I order additional development work if I want to?
Yes, definitely. The standard hourly rate of €50 per hour applies for the service’s clients. For larger changes, we will agree on the price in advance.
